The KLOW blend combines four peptides — KPV (anti-inflammatory), GHK-Cu (matrix remodeling), TB-500 (cell migration), and BPC-157 (angiogenesis) — targeting key tissue repair phases: inflammation resolution, extracellular matrix remodeling, cell migration to injury sites, and vascular support for healing tissue.

Research Applications
- Dermatology: The KLOW blend (KPV, GHK-Cu, TB-500, BPC-157) adds an anti-inflammatory component (KPV) to the GLOW formula for skin conditions where inflammation drives tissue damage. Research examines the effects on inflammatory skin disorders, post-procedural healing, and conditions where chronic inflammation impairs normal tissue repair and regeneration processes.
- Immunology: KLOW is studied for the combined anti-inflammatory and regenerative effects of KPV's NF-κB inhibition alongside three tissue repair peptides. Research examines how inflammation resolution (KPV) enables more effective tissue remodeling (GHK-Cu), cell migration (TB-500), and angiogenesis (BPC-157). Studies investigate the optimal inflammatory state for initiating regenerative signaling.
- Regenerative Medicine: KLOW is studied for its four-phase tissue repair mechanism covering inflammation resolution, extracellular matrix remodeling, cellular repopulation, and vascular support. Research examines whether addressing inflammation first (via KPV) enhances the regenerative efficacy of the remaining three peptides, producing outcomes superior to regenerative peptides alone in inflamed tissue environments.
- Wound Healing: KLOW is studied for healing in inflammatory wound environments where standard tissue repair is impaired. Research examines its effects on chronic wounds, burn injuries, and surgical wounds with excessive inflammatory responses. Studies investigate whether the anti-inflammatory/regenerative combination produces faster healing, better tissue quality, and reduced scarring compared to anti-inflammatory or regenerative treatments alone.
Reconstitution Protocol
- 1 Remove the flip-off cap and wipe the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab.
- 2 Using a sterile syringe, draw the desired volume of bacteriostatic water (BAC water).
- 3 Insert the needle into the vial at an angle and slowly dispense the water down the inside wall — do not spray directly onto the powder.
- 4 Gently swirl (do not shake) the vial until the powder is fully dissolved.
- 5 Label the vial with the reconstitution date and concentration.
Storage Conditions
Unreconstituted
Store at -20°C to 4°C (freezer or refrigerator). Stable for 24+ months.
Reconstituted
Refrigerate at 2–8°C. Use within 30 days for optimal stability.
Avoid
Repeated freeze-thaw cycles, direct sunlight, and temperatures above 25°C.
Always note the reconstitution date on the vial label to track shelf life accurately.
Safety & Compliance
- Wear nitrile gloves and safety goggles when handling research compounds.
- Work in a clean, controlled environment (laminar flow hood recommended).
- Dispose of sharps and used materials in approved biohazard containers.
- This product is for laboratory research use only (RUO) — not for human or veterinary use.
Quality Assurance Standards
Each production lot is subjected to rigorous analytical evaluation to meet pharmaceutical-grade specifications. Full testing results and procedural documentation are furnished through the accompanying Certificate of Analysis (COA) with every shipment.
Certificate of Analysis
Latest COA for "KLOW" KPV | GHK-Cu | TB-500 | BPC-157 (Blend) — independently tested via HPLC and Mass Spectrometry.
Testing Methodology
Every batch undergoes a multi-stage analytical pipeline before release. Results are compiled into the Certificate of Analysis (COA) included with each order.
- • HPLC — High-Performance Liquid Chromatography confirms peptide purity ≥98%.
- • Mass Spectrometry — Validates molecular identity and correct sequence.
- • Endotoxin (LAL) — Limulus Amebocyte Lysate assay ensures endotoxin levels are within safe limits.
- • Sterility — Microbial contamination testing per USP standards.
