We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or the product does not meet the stated purity specifications, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Eligibility

  • Damaged or defective products upon arrival
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Products not meeting advertised purity (β‰₯99%)
  • Orders lost in transit (after investigation with carrier)

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Please email support@researchlabs.com with your order number and photos if applicable.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used
  • Orders cancelled after shipment
  • International customs fees, duties, or taxes

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
